As the Director of Professional Services and Recruitment with Comhar Partners, Ghali is responsible for the full cycle search execution of every project deployed. Ghali is actively involved in candidate and client relationship management, research, candidate development, and presentation – full project oversight. Ghali has over 20 years of experience in the recruiting industry.

Ghali received a BA in Political Science from the University of Albany, SUNY. He has also received a BA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from CUNY School of Professional Studies. Ghali is currently pursuing a MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with CUNY School of Professional Studies.
