Nick is an accomplished executive recruiter with a proven track record of 15 + years in placing top talent in the Industrial Manufacturing, Engineering, and Technology industries. He is highly regarded for his ability to act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to both clients and candidates. With a deep understanding of business needs and extensive industry knowledge, Nick is able to successfully identify high-potential candidates and place them in executive roles that drive business growth and success.

Prior to Comhar Partners, Nick was a Managing Consultant for Korn Ferry. Nick Joined Korn Ferry in 2022 as a member of the professional search group focusing on strengthening their finance and accounting function. As a Managing Consultant, a vast majority of Nick’s searches have been executed at the VP Finance, Treasurer, Controller, and CFO levels. He has also done finance searches related to corporate development, risk management, procurement, and FP&A. 

Prior to Korn Ferry, Nick was a Director at Stanton Chase International. Over his 10 years in the Chicago office, Nick conducted over 350 searches. After continued successes, he was asked to execute for other office leaders across the Midwest. In 2018 he was invited to the Stanton Chase High Potential Program, along with only 5 others globally, that focused on very dynamic leaders of the next generation internally. Joining when he did as a Data Researcher, Nick credits Stanton Chase and his colleagues globally, for teaching him the subtlety of quality executive search execution.

Nick received his degree from Lake Forest College where he studied International Business and played golf for the Foresters.
